William "Billy" Roney Talbott IV, age 63, passed away in the comfort of his home on October 12, 2026. He was born to William Talbott III and Patricia McMullen Talbott on March 30, 1963, in Mobile, AL.

Mr. Talbott served his country honorably in the United States Air Force Reserves and had a lifelong career as a first responder and firefighter for the Mobile Fire and Rescue Department. He began his 28-year career with truck 5 at Station 22 and retired out as a private at Station 20. He was a devoted parishioner at St. Vincent de Paul Parish Church over the last decade. He will be deeply missed by all those blessed to have him in their lives.

Mr. Talbott was preceded in death by his father, William Talbott III.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 43 years, Beatrice Jefferson Talbott; children, Andrea Talbott (Chris) Wallace, and William Roney Talbott V; granddaughter, Amber Christian Wallace; mother, Patricia Talbott; siblings, Patrick A, Talbott, Dorothy D. Talbott, and Paul J. Talbott; brother and sister-in-law, Claude and Char Jefferson; and very dear friend, Steve Wallace; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Pallbearers Claude Jefferson, Chris Wallace, Steve Wallace, Eric Wallace, Dylan Wallace, and Bill Shannon. Honorary pallbearers are William Talbott V and Brandon Talbott.

Services are under the management of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. Service information will be listed after arrangements have been made.
