Judith Carole Murray Atherton, age 77, a native and longtime resident of Mobile, AL passed away on Monday, April 11, 2022. She was a graduate of Murphy High School Class of '62. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Atherton, Sr. She is survived by 1 son, Thomas (Cathy) Atherton, Jr., 1 brother, Vernon C. Murray, 3 grandchildren, Timothy, Freda, Ryan, 3 great-grandchildren, Christopher, Scarlett, Star, niece, Melinda Smith, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held from the parlor at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral home on Friday, April 15, 2022 at 2pm. The family will receive friends from 1pm until service time at the funeral home.
