Lester Devon Busby, Sr (Buzz), A native of Fruitdale Alabama born on January 8, 1940 went to see Jesus June 22, 2022.
Devon retired from the railroad after 45 years as a train conductor.
He enjoyed Alabama football, Atlanta Braves baseball, Smoky Mountain Adventures with his family and homemade banana pudding. He loved his family dearly and friends were family to him as well. Always caring and with a bright smile, he was compassionate and enjoyed giving to others in need.
He was preceded in death by his Father and Mother Hubert Busby and Katie Lee Busby, two brothers Leroy Donald and Derl, Sisters Louise and Gertrude, and his son Philip Todd Busby.
He is survived by his four children, Tammy Busby Byrd , Devon Busby, Jr., Suzette Busby Headley and Daniel Busby; 10 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation Monday June 27, 2022 11:00 AM until 12:00. Funeral Service at 12:00 PM
