Ouida Alexander

Mrs. Ouida L. Alexander, age 96, a native of Verna, MS and a longtime resident of Mobile, AL passed away on Thursday, September 2, 2021 at a local hospice facility. She was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Carl M. Alexander and one daughter, Mary Alice Alexander Putman. She is survived by one daughter, Sylvia (Robert W.) Dennis, 4 grandchildren, Stephen V. Dennis, Robert G. (Vicki) Dennis, Laurie Dyan (David) Young, Michael Paul (Misty) Putman, 9 great-grandchildren, Emily, Olivia, Meghan, Max, Marissa, Alex, Rosemary, Madison and Sophia, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at 10am. Visitation will be 9am until service time Wednesday at the funeral home.
