Shelby Aldridge

Mrs. Shelby Jean Aldridge, a native of Satsuma, Alabama and resident of Fairhope, Alabama, passed away on Wednesday, May 27, 2021, at the age of 77. Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the arrangements.

Jean was a 1961 graduate of Vigor High School where she enjoyed playing clarinet. She was a member of Creola First Baptist Church for many years. She was a longtime manager and owner in the transportation industry along with her husband, Larry.

She was preceeded in death by her husband of 41 years, Larry Aldridge and her sister in law, Sandy Langham.

She is survived by her 2 children, Tim (Kim) Aldridge and Kelly (Heath) Holcomb, 1 brother, Wayne Langham, 4 grandchildren, Kyle (Joy) Aldridge, Andon Kingry, Lane Holcomb, and Gray Holcomb, 3 great grandchildren, Ben Aldridge, Gavin Aldridge, and Jacob Aldridge, and many nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday, June 2, 2021, at 12:00 p.m. at Mobile Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 2, 2021, from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home.
