Tracey Gibson

Tracey Elizabeth Vaughan Gibson, 55, of Mobile, AL, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 12, 2020. She was born to parents, James Reginald Vaughan, Jr. and Julia Elizabeth Randall Vaughan on December 3, 1964 in Mobile, AL. Tracey was a graduate of John S. Shaw High School Class of 1983 and was currently sharing her infectious smile and happy personality with her customers and co-workers at Greer's. First and foremost, Tracey was a dedicated mother. She treasured her children and especially embraced her role as “MeMe”. To know Tracey was to know all about her family as she was so proud and loved to boast on what she had created. She was predeceased by her father. Her survivors include her mother, Julia Elizabeth Randall Vaughan; 3 children, Anthony Thomas Singleton, Michael Jareth Singleton, and Lauren Gibson Howard (James Howard IV); 4 grandchildren, Jordan Anthony Singleton, Leyton Trace Singleton, Caison Michael Singleton and James Roy Howard V, other relatives and friends, all of whom she loved more than anything. She will be missed beyond measure. Funeral services will be held Monday, May 18, 2020 at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday from 12:00 Noon until service time. Interment will follow in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
