Virginia J. Ollhoft, arrived at Heaven's Gates on October 16, 2020.

She is predeceased by her husband of over 50 years, Howard L. Ollhoft, Sr.

Survived by her children, H. Lavelle Ollhoft Jr. (Debbie), Monica O. Denny (Scott), Terry W. Ollhoft, and Tony R. Ollhoft (Kathee), and her loyal companion, Herman Smith and fur baby Sugar. Grandchildren, Kurtis Ollhoft (Tiffany), Terri Lynn Weaver (Draper), Tyler Ollhoft (Destany), Brad Connell (Jennifer), Jason Connell (Bridgette), Dylon McKeough (Amber), and many loved and special Great Grandchildren.

From an early age she was involved with numerous organizations, holding several offices in the Ladies Auxiliary to Mobile Firefighters Local 1349. Past Queen and Honorary member of Mobile's oldest parading Women's Mardi Gras Association and involved with numerous other Mystic Societies. First Lady to Past Potentate Herman Smith of Abba Shrine AAONMS. Active member of numerous Ladies Masonic organizations. Virginia was previously active in league bowling in Mobile along with traveling to tournaments with colleagues. She was also a Mobile Public School bus driver for many years.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, October 20 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at 12:00 from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Mobile Memorial Gardens Cemetery at 6040 Three Notch Rd. Afterwards. Masks are required if attending. Friends are invited to a Celebration of Life at Abba Shrine Center in the Red Fez.

Serving as pallbearers will be Kurtis Ollhoft, Tyler Ollhoft, Jason Connell, Dylon McKeough, Timothy McLemore, and Tracy Smith.
