Ricky passed away Saturday August 1, 2020 at UAB Hospital with his wife by his side. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 41 years Judy Neese Culp, his beloved daughter Beth Culp Elliott and his cherished granddaughter Dana Adora Neese Elliott. His favorite Uncle Levi Kirkland, his Aunt Glenn Barnes and Aunt Mary Smith. His brother-in-law Douglas Neese and other family members. His fur babies Maxie, Gussie, and Sam. His grand fur baby Oreo who he called Zero.

We will miss him. Private services will be held.
