Robert Challen

Robert Willis Challen, Jr., was born May 10, 1934 in Campbell Hill, Ill. And died in Mobile on Sunday, August 9, 2020. He retired as a long time school teacher. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Barbara Lynn Corley. Survivors include his wife Carolyn Lucille Challen; two grandsons Brendan S. Corley and Evan D. Corley; son-in-law Horace D. Corley, Jr. and other relatives. Graveside services will be held on Monday, August 17, 2020 at 10 am in Mobile Memorial Gardens, with Rev. Ed Baumgarten officiating. In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations to there favorite charity United Cerbral Palsey of Mobile at 3058 Dauphin Square Connector, Mobile, 36607. We ask that observance of standard rules of masking, distancing and no picture taking be strictly observed.
